Marika Baren is a Client Services Associate at SEI. Marika has worked as the executive director of the Down Syndrome Network of Northern Nevada, and prior to that at CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada. In these roles, she researched and implemented practices to improve governance and team management and developed new programming. In her time at SEI, Marika has supported many local government, and nonprofit organizations in evaluation, capacity building, strategic planning, and efforts to strengthen operating and management infrastructure.

She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nevada Reno.
