The Food Bank contracted with SEI to develop a Strategic Business Plan for the Food Bank’s new Regional Food Distribution Center. SEI worked with Board, staff and other key stakeholders to define the new facility and organization’s function in terms of the facility’s design, how operations will occur, how marketing and partnerships will be developed and maintained, what the management and organizational structure will be at the new facility, the long term goals of the Food Bank, given its expanded service capacity, and a financial analysis and implementation plan to transition to the new facility.
