The FY 2022 Local CoC Competition Rating Matrix is available for download. This document is informational and outlines which HUD and local CoC requirements and criteria CoC applications address and how many points will be assigned for each criterion.
In addition to the Rating Matrix, the Review, Score, and Ranking Procedures for the FY 2022 CoC Competition are also now available for download (as of August 19th). These were approved by the Steering Committee on August 18th and outline how the CoC’s Rating and Ranking Committee will proceed with the process.
